Leuk dat je bij ons was

Along the lines of „for fans from fans“,
the „Super Seven Club Nederland“
organized a ride for its members
via Heidelberg into the Black Forest.
They also made a stop-over in
Sinsheim.

15th September
The bigger the better …

This monster crushes everything that
„rolls“ in its way: weighing 4 tons, the
V8 engine with 7500ccm displacement
produces up to over 300hp! The tires
more than a meter wide and 150 cm
high are huge. In the 80s and 90s such
monster trucks were THE sensation.
Whether at shows, races or just for fun
- with their trademark -the oversized
tires- they have caused amazement
everywhere.

One of these beauties is now back in
Sinsheim at our American Dream Cars
Collection. We took advantage of the
opportunity, letting it crush a car first,
as our Super Monster Truck was once
part of a show in the cult 80s TV called
„4 against Willi“ with Mike Krüger.
At the wheel sat „Gustl“ from
Auto-Service Hönig (member of
the museum‘s association). He was
the only one able to control this giant.
In his memory we invited his grandson
Fabian for a last ride. And we believe:
He certainly proved himself worthy
of his grandfather.

This Mitsubishi Colt failed on all
levels. For the monster truck,
this was more of a „warming-up“
exercise. The whole video is
