Now also with a „H“- license plate

At the end of July, Audi Cabriolet Type 89
friends met for the 4th time in Sinsheim.
And they had something to celebrate: in
2021, the first vehicles turned 30 years old
and are thus ready for the desired H license
plate (vin number for historical cars in
Germany).

More than 100 colorful specimens arrived:
From discovering in a barn to original
condition and extreme conversions, every
version was represented.

When the community of interests call for „Audi Cabrio
Süd“, Audi fans come together from everywhere.

6th August
The comeback of the thunder birds …

After so many years, on August 28th
and 29th, the legendary Group C race
started at the BOSCH Hockenheim
Historic. To get fans in the mood, the
talk series PITWALK TV revived
memories of the glorious Group C era.

In the midst of our special exhibition
Red Bull World of Racing, the recording
of the alk shows took place at the
beginning of August, with the
participation of some
former racing drivers
and engineers as well as
our museum‘s president.

The Gebhardt-Ford Cosworth that was
brought along then took part in the historic
race at the end of August. During the shoot,
we got a small impression of it -
an amazing sound!
