Talk of the NASA-Astronaut Charles Gemar

On Saturday, 19th July, NASA astronaut Charles “Sam” Gemar will visit the Technik Museum Speyer to give a talk about his career and his three space missions. Charles Gemar flew into space on the space shuttle “Atlantis” in 1990, on the space shuttle “Discovery” in 1991 and on the space shuttle “Columbia” in 1994.
His lecture will take place from 2 pm to 3 pm in the FORUM Cinema of the Technik Museum Speyer. For our youngest listeners (children up to the age of 14), the museum is also offering the opportunity to have their photo taken with the astronaut after the lecture.
Information for visitors
The talk will be held in English and is included in the museum admission price. Admission is only possible with a valid day ticket and a daily seat reservation for the FORUM cinema. Seat reservations can be made directly at the box office on the day of the lecture; it is not possible to make a reservation in advance.
