Historic two floor carousel built around 1890 in excellent condition with a height of 7 meters, a diameter of 11 meters, 20 carved wooden horses in the lower floor, 4 teeter totters with metal ships in the upper floor, sophisticated facade with a magnificent illumination. The fitting music is provided by a 150 years old organ made by Bruder / Waldkirch in the Black Forest equipped with pipes, bass trombones, xylophone and percussion. The carousel, run for many years by Otto Rosskopf of Schifferstadt and his family, is not only a musical and nostalgic jewel but also a technical masterpiece of bygone times.
