Rockwell Aero Commander 680F
The series production of the Aero Commander model was started by the airplane manufacturer Rockwell of Burton, Ohio in 1952. About 2,000 units of this type were built. The exhibit, an Aero Commander 680 F, went into the production line in 1955. The twinengined propeller plane served for 25 years as a land survey plane, and here in particular for cartographical purposes.
