Aero L-29 Delfin
On occasion of a competition among the countries of the former Warsaw Pact in 1961 the Czech "Delfin" was chosen as best training plane. Up to 1974 approximately 3,600 units were built at the "Aero Vodochody" works. Fifty planes of this type were flying in the former GDR between 1963 and 1981. The specimen on exhibit originated from the czech republic.
